So I like to collect recipes, and the other ebooks in this series were such a great deal so I got this one too. What I liked best about this recipe book was that at the end of each recipe it listed the health benefits of the main ingredient in the recipe. For example, one of the recipes, Tofuberry Treat Smoothie turned out to be quite good. I was a little hesitant about using tofu in a smoothie, but it explained the health benefits of tofu and I decided to give it a try. It was pretty good!
One of my favorite recipes in here was the Avocado Creme Smoothie because it reminded me of a dessert that we had in Vietnam. Avocado is not usually used as a dessert ingredient in the US, but I absolutely love it!
The Papaya Sunrise Smoothie was good as well, although I would use less sugar to increase the health benefits. And it is true what the book says about papaya, it definitely is a colon cleanser!
I loved the Sweet Greek Summer Smoothie, the texture was really smooth and decadent. I would think you could use plain Greek yogurt in many of the recipes in this book, and get a similar rich texture and more protein in your smoothie.
Overall, a great buy and highly recommended!

Fruit Smoothie Recipes Who Knew Being Healthy Could Taste So Sweet? edition by Jeffrey J Lanigan Health Fitness Dieting eBooks Reviews
Good sounding recipes, some with combinations I wouldn't have considered. I wanted some smoothie recipes for one or two servings and this is it. Also, I liked the health benefits that were included.
Being healthy is eating healthy. I have a lot of fruits and vegetables in my fridge that sometimes it just rots and have to throw it away. What a waste. Now I can make smoothies and I learned it from this book.
